MOUNTAIN AMERICA CREDIT UNION
Mountain America Credit Union needed their new bank on Steamboat Parkway delivered on an aggressive 25-week schedule. It was the Lepori team’s third project in the Damonte Ranch Town Center, but it was our first project for the Utah-based credit union. We worked closely with them to ensure the $1,790,000 state-of-the-art bank met their expectations and complied with local building constraints.
Our team performed much of the scope of work, and we oversaw a loyal team of subcontractors. Maintaining the schedule involved a lot of give and take between all trades working on site. Lepori site crews provided utility tie-ins and developed the building pad. Our structural work included rough and finished carpentry. Interior finishes included painting and installation of fine architectural millwork from our cabinet shop. We also installed A/V equipment, security equipment and office furniture.
“Frank Lepori Construction, Inc. was very responsive to questions, concerns, and requests. We were a little apprehensive at first to go with a local GC, since we didn’t have any experience with them, but were very happy we did. The Credit Union saved a considerable amount by doing so, and we were extremely satisfied with their performance.”
