Rapid delivery - The Lepori team delivered Mynt in on a 14-week schedule, enabling Washoe Wellness to be among the first in Nevada to sell medical marijuana. In the face of tough weather conditions, our site crew provided demolition and utility tie in to make way for the 3,312 sf state-of-the-art center. A Lepori tenant improvement team self-performed rough and finish carpentry and oversaw all trades, working to create an elegant finish in the $1,021,000 facility in downtown Reno. Our in-house cabinet shop detailed and installed a significant millwork package.
Finishes Driving Function - Our in-house design team worked with Washoe Wellness to make certain the design met rigorous standards for security with bullet proof glass at sales windows and bullet proof sheet rock. The floor plan features locking chambers between products and public exits similar to the protocols used in bank design. Beautifully crafted cabinets detailed in our Cabinet Shop provide additional security and reflect a Truckee River Design theme set by Interior Designer Kristen Giocomini.
“Being able to collaborate with Kevin Good in the Lepori Cabinet Shop made our design process go quicker. He used his millwork design expertise to adapt to our needs and evolving state legal requirements to develop solutions that function well. His proposal to use roll-up cabinetry that we lock at night meant we didn’t have to move product to a safe every night, saving Washoe Wellness $15,000 a month. This is now a new industry standard. Kevin also used his creativity with wood and finishes to enhance our design concept.”
